Warranty Information

Electro-pedic's Adjustable Bed Warranty is 2nd to none in this business and is as follows:

MOTORIZED BEDS AND FRAMES

All beds have a 25 year non prorated on the frame. This covers all labor and defects. However, this is not an in home warranty and the owner is responsible for the transportation fees

20 years on the box spring built into the frame. The first 2 years is non prorated and then it is pro rated for 18 years. Transport fees are again to be responsibility of the owner.

Motor type and warranty depends on your model selection. Our EL and ST model beds have lift motors with a 15 year warranty and the first 5 years are non prorated. The HD model Beds have a 10 year warranty on the lift motors with the first 5 years non prorated.

On EL and ST model beds, all other parts, control boxes, sensors, remotes, massage motors, etc. have a 2 year warranty. On HD model beds, these parts have a 1 year warranty. In the case of these individual parts, they may be shipped independent of the bed itself and the shipping cost would be the owner's responsibility.

MATTRESSES FOR MOTORIZED (ADJUSTABLE) BEDS

  • Latex Mattresses: 20 year warranty from Electropedic with first 2 years non prorated. Covers defects in material or workmanship. Transport costs are responsibility of the owner.

  • Coil Spring Mattresses: 10 year warranty from Electropedic with first 2 years non prorated. Covers defects in material or workmanship. Transport costs are responsibility of the owner.

  • Memory Foam Mattresses: 20 year warranty from Nimblepedic® with first 10 years non prorated. Covers defects and depressions in the foam greater than 3/4 inches. This must be un-associated with a sag in the foundation or platform underneath. Owner may be required to apply a straight edge across the depression and take a picture to send to the warranty dept. Once they note the defect, Nimble-Pedic® will incur all costs of replacing the mattress (excluding transportation fees) and excepting any pro-rated fees after the first 10 years.


There are no extended warranty options.

This warranty is to the original owner only and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse or accidents.
