I had severe back and neck pain six years ago. A chiropractor sold me a cervical and a large pad to be used for my back and neck. I still have these items and use them often. I have loaned them to friends who have been reluctant to return them once they've tried them. I can't recommend these packs highly enough. They are wonderful to keep in the feezer or to heat in the micorwave. They hold hot or cold for long periods of time. I often sleep with one under my lower back if I'm stiff. Next morning, my back feels great. Be careful of wattage used in microwaves. I never heat mine on high for more than a minute. This makes the gel so hot that the pad must be wrapped in a thin towel before applying to skin. The warmth is astounding as is the relief of the cold application. These packs would make great gifts for the athelet or anyone suffering from aches and pains. Once you have on, you'll never use anything else.

I have owned the SofTouch Cold/Hot pack for a number of years. It is simply the BEST item out on the market! I have a disabling back injury, and only use it for cold. It does not leak or sweat all over. It's very bendable, and will go anywhere. I just keep it in the freezer at all times. If you thinking about it, Buy one. Really.

I bought a SofTouch 16 years ago and still use the same one today! I use it for migraines and back strain. It is a must have in my house!

I have had my Softouch packs for years and I love them so much. They have gotten me through many a sprained ankle as well as other injuries, and I have loaned them out to others as well. They are getting a bit worn now which is why I had done the search to find new ones. I have never found another cold pack that works as well.

I have deformed vertebre and arthritis in my neck, this is by far the best hot/cold device i have found. It forms to my neck and stays warm for a long time.

I have used your SofTouch Tri-fold Hot/Cold gel pad for 3 weeks for fibromyalgia and stress related shoulder and neck pain. This is the first product that has ever helped so significantly. I heat it up in the microwave. I am so impressed that I am buying one for my sister who has chronic neck and shoulder pain. I have also used your large gel pack for lower back pain for years and love it.

I bought my sofTouch close to 12 years ago. It is the best ice pack I have ever had. It needs to be replaced so I started looking today for a similiar one. None are even close. Finally came on line and started looking and found you. Will never use anything but this.

I bought this product, not sure from who but the 10x13 many years ago now definately in need of new ones to replace old. These are the BEST icepacks ever and I have had many through the years. They bend, not stiff I keep in freezer and take out when needed last long time unlike many others to keep cold as well as when going to sleep with them I have back issues, neck, head migraines and headaches, stomach and a whole bunch I use these everywhere. I will be ordering new ones and love the soft feelings. Im not sure about the washing-never washed them before then many many years later after having them the outside did wrip thats why Im replacing them but I just put them into ziplock bags and used that way. I love them. Love that you have other options too that I can get like the facial mask. thanks for the great product.

I have a friend who's a Chiropractor that gave me a large one over 4 years ago and it has been an absolute lifesaver. I'm about to have more surgery on my spine and did a search to find your site. This is the absolute best product I've ever used for cold application, which is my best relief for headaches and any body pain. It has lasted all these years being used almost daily by myself and I've let others use it as well. I've even taken it across the country in an ice chest when I travel by car. I'm so glad that I was able to find the name on the very worn surface of mine. Your product stays cold longer and I'm able to use it directly on my skin because it's soft and comfortable. Excellent product!
