Excellent product, exactly what my chiro ordered! BEWARE OF IMITATIONS from other sites! I had ordered a product listed by this same name from an Amazon seller, but when it came it was a cheap imitation (Accu-ball?), weak and flimsy and utterly unsatisfactory. Stick with BackBeNimble and the real thing.

I've had one of these for at least 5 years and couldn't do without it! I have a Back Knobber, too, but this is easier to use and a lot more effective. I like it so much that I've given a couple as gifts, and now they're hooked, too. If I'm having no luck exerting the amount of pressure I need in certain areas of my back, I hold it vertically and lean against the back of a chair or sofa, find the trigger point and really work it. I have had a couple of Shiatsu-type massagers that worked almost as well, but there's always some drawback - either the handle is too short, the motor wears out after too short a time or something. This is simple, basic and it works! Nothing to wear out unless it breaks, but I'm still using my original 5-year-old, and I use it almost every day at least once. I use it mainly on my mid to upper back, neck and shoulders due to an accident over 15 years ago. Yes, if you're really tight, you may be sore as the dickens later from working on those trigger points, but it does work them right out. It hurts so GOOD!

this is pretty darn good & I have bought many, many things for my neck & shoulders, especially for the knots in my traps. It is flexable & bends easily. It would be better with longer handles though. Over all it's about the best for trigger points that I've found.

I have had an Accu-Masseur for at least a year or so and I love it. It really works out those tight knots and kinks in my neck, shoulders and upper back. I just find those trigger points and work the knots out with the knobs - you can put as much or as little pressure as you wish right where you need it, without having to rely on someone else! Now I'm ordering another to keep at the office, as well as a couple for gifts.
