I have found this memory foam seat cushion to be superior. It is more expensive than others but it is worth every cent! Over the past two years I have found the large size cushion to retain a high level of comfort for hours, and for a longer period than the small size which I use for traveling but that may just be due to my physical size. I carry this product everywhere even on overseas business. I recommend this product very highly.

I was in agony before purchasing your product. Long nights at work led to hemerroids, which I thought would require surgery. In a period of two weeks, I was hemerroid free! I have recommended your item to several friends and co-workers.

I am working over in Iraq. Over the course of a 24 hour period I spent about 11 hours in the back seat of a Humvee. I had about 4" of clearance between my knees and the driver in front. I could move my lower legs from a 90 angle to maybe an 80 degree angle. Each of my two convoy legs lasted about 5.5 hours. While my lack of maneuverability in my legs got to be a problem after about hour 2, my spine and bottom were not an issue until maybe around hour 5, thanks to the seat wedge. I did one of these drives before the wedge and it was much worse.
