SHIPPING AND DELIVERY NOTES:
In stock massage chairs normally ship 3-4 business days from the date of order transactions. Massage chairs are shipped either via ABF or XPO freight and include delivery just inside the door or garage (first floor with no steps or into garage). This is nice because most freight deliveries are now only curbside.

Upgrades to premium 'white glove delivery' are available for an extra $350-$550 depending on location and access issues. RETURN POLICY FOR MASSAGE CHAIRS, LOUNGERS, RECLINERS:
If a delivery arrives with obvious damage, please refuse the delivery and tell the driver to return to sender. 15 day return policy for chairs returned after acceptable delivery: returns must be in resalable condition and should be initiated within 15 days of receiving the delivery. All such returns will incur the cost of return shipping and an additional re-restocking fee to cover the intial free shipping provided. We will not accept return requests more than 15 days after delivery. Please keep the original packaging in case you decide to initiate a return request. An attempt to diagnose the problem over the phone will be made such that the appropriate part(s) may be sent to you as quickly as possible. Subsequently, a local service tech will contact you directly after the part(s) arrives. In general, there are very few service issues with these chairs.
