Unlike rice and other grains that burn or mildew easily, our quality packs are more durable. Developed by physical therapists, Grampa's Garden (aka: Grandpa's Garden) Herbal Comfort Packs nicely conform to the body wherever applied, assuring optimal therapeutic benefit. Place these natural grain packs in the microwave following instructions on the label for heat therapy or 1-2 hours in the freezer for comfy cold therapy.
